You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals required for us to perform the services. Delays in providing necessary materials may result in project timeline extensions.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposits and milestone payments, will be specified in your individual project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Engagency, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
